PhishFort will not share or sell any information provided in this form with anyone not required for the purposes of the PhishFort Services. All communication regarding any takedown is held in strict confidence.

Limitation of Liability

1. PhishFort is not a law firm and does not purport to provide legal advice of any kind. PhishFort agrees to act as the non-exclusive agent for purposes of the PhishFort Services' takedown notification process only. Should your matter require legal assistance, PhishFort will advise you to seek the counsel of a lawyer. PhishFort shall not be held liable for any legal or other fees incurred as a result of the phishing incident, intellectual property infringement, and/or the requisite takedown notification process.

2. You confirm that the information contained herein and/or supplied via the Portal is, to the best of your knowledge, correct. PhishFort shall not be held liable for any actions taken on the basis of incorrect, misrepresented, or misleading information. Where the Company and/or you as its representative has failed or neglected to share relevant information with PhishFort, PhishFort shall not be liable for any action taken in the absence of such relevant information.

Agreement

You agree that you will notify PhishFort of any authorized use of the Company's and/or affiliates' material, content, copyright and/or trademark not already specified.

For purposes of the notification process, you hereby confirm under the penalty of perjury that the use of Company's and/or affiliates' content, material, and intellectual property in any manner not communicated to PhishFort, is believed in good faith to be a use not authorized by the signatory herein, the Company, organisation, its affiliates, its agent, or the law.

3. You confirm that the information contained herein is, to the best of your knowledge, correct.
